for the entire IDentity Theft Clinic web site. In this statement you will be

The Information We Collect
IDentity Theft Clinic (IDTC) collects personal information about
its users only during registration of IDTC software products and when
purchasing products from our online store.
By registering, users will provide company and contact information,
via online registration forms, such as company name, contact name, phone,
fax, email, address, and technical information concerning how IDTC
will be used and business information that will help us to
determine eligability in our partnership programs.
Registered users may also use feedback forms to communicate any problems
encountered related to the use of any software products offered by
IDTC. Such feedback forms only require a registration code, which is
assigned during registration, and information pertaining to the problems,
comments, and/or suggestions. Any information submitted using a feedback
form may be used on the IDTC Web site in a knowledge base provided for
aiding users in the use of IDTC software products.
IDTC will never knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone
under the age of 13.
Confidentiality
IDTC does not provide individually identifiable information to third
parties. However, you may request to be matched with a partner as part of
our merchant referral program. As a necessary part of meeting your request,
we must also forward your contact information to our participating
partners. Your information will not be shared with our partners unless you
complete a merchant referral form. The merchant referral forms are clearly
labeled.
IDTC uses proprietary technologies to preserve the anonymity of registered
users. It is solely at a IDTC users discretion if he or
she chooses to list personally identifiable information to a partner by making
a purchase, requesting additional information, or communicating directly
with the company or organization after visiting its web site.
Use of Information
An IDTC users email address will only be used by IDTC to
periodically contact that user about user-selected interests. A partner's
contact and company information will only be used to communicate directly with
the company or individual that provided the information or to provide contact
information to potential partner leads through a partner listing on the
IDTC site. Partners may opt not to have a listing, in which case the
partner's contact information will be kept private.
IDTC uses incoming and outgoing website traffic data to help diagnose
problems with our server and to administer our website. We also use it to
gather broad demographic information about our users in general. We may
combine demographic information supplied by a user at registration time with
site usage data to provide profiles, in aggregate form, about our users and
their preferences as it relates to the software and services available at
the IDTC Web sites.
IDTC may combine the personally identifiable information that it receives
online with information from outside sources for its own marketing puposes.
As part of providing customizable and personalized services, IDTC uses
cookies to store and sometimes track information about users. A cookie is a
small amount of data that is sent to a users browser from a Web server and
stored on a users computer hard drive. Areas of IDTC's sites where users
are prompted to login or that are customizable require acceptance of cookies.
Software License Beacon
IDTC software programs, which are made available to licensed users for later
market to merchants and other end users, contains an ownership verification feature
which sends back to IDTC the licensed user's IP address and domain name. This
information is only used to verify the fact that the software is being operated by
a licenced user. It does not provide any other form of data, such as how often it
is being used, or how it is being used (only that it is being used by an appropriate
party.

All testimonials on the IDTC Web site are posted by permission.
Security Technology
IDTC has made a substantial investment in the latest server, database,
backup and firewall technologies to protect the information assets of the
IDTC network. These technologies are deployed as part of a sophisticated
security architecture and protocol. All data resides in a tightly controlled,
secure data center. These investments mean that information about the identity
and preferences of individual users and partners is never accessible to anyone
outside IDTC.
Review/Modify/Remove User
IDTC users may choose at any time to review or modify all contact and
business information stored by IDTC by accessing their account directly at
http://www.identitytheftclinic.org/profile (users must be logged on before their profile is
accessable). Users should
contact IDTC at 0 to have their account removed. Once removed
from the server, a past user will no longer receive any communications from IDTC.
IDTC will never sell, rent, or otherwise share the contact information of
former users.
